Today was another wonderful day in paradise. Jen, RJ and I began our day with a 4 mile run and breakfast. We then ventured to the beautiful Nissi Beach located in Ayi Nappa. This beach is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed lounging next to the crystal clear waters, jet skiing, pineapple drinks, and what more than a foam party!!

Roy and I ended the night by enjoying dinner with Ruth, Cassandra and Terry. Jen and RJ went to an Italian dinner out.
